In a recent Healthcare Finance article entitled "Signature Medical Group brings analytics in-house, boosts physician engagement and bottom line" Jim Gera, Senior VP of Business Development, describes how Signature reduced readmissions and reduced costs by developing their own bundled payments analytics tools. Jim explains how moving the analytics in-house allowed Signature to optimize data reports to identify key data points rapidly to share with physicians resulting in insights to improve patient care.
